On the afternoon of January 3,2025,Sun Gongqi, Secretary of the Party Committeeof Xinxiang University, Wang Xiaojun, President, and Yang Jun, Vice President, led a team to conduct research in Xinxiang County. County leaders of Xinxiang County, including Zhu Xiancheng, Li Shaoqing, Xu Wanyin, Tian Peng, Guo Zheng, Song Yuntian, and heads of relevant departments accompanied them.
Sun Gongqi and his team successively visited Henan Gaofu Screening Machinery Co., Ltd. and Xinlianxin Group. The enterprise leaders introduced in detail the development history and current situation of the enterprises. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on school-enterprise cooperation, integration of industry and education, talent cultivation, etc.
Subsequently, a symposium was held at the Business Center of Xinxiang County. Zhu Xiancheng extended a warm welcome to the research team of our university. Zhu Xiancheng said that Xinxiang County has many industrial enterprises, obvious industrial advantages, sufficient innovation vitality, and prominent R & D advantages, with the characteristics of "ThreeFame". At present, Xinxiang County is in a critical period of transformation and development, and there is an urgent need to gather more talents and wisdom. It is hoped that the two sides will further strengthen communication, deepen cooperation, make full use of Xinxiang County's resources in industry, culture, brand, etc., give play to Xinxiang University's advantages in education, talent, scientific research, etc., carry out in-depth cooperation in more fields, broader scopes, and deeper levels, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and strive to achieve complementary advantages, mutual benefit, win-win results, and common development between the university and the local area.
Sun Gongqi highly appraised the industrial development of Xinxiang County.Hesaid that this research trip to Xinxiang County is not only a study tour, but also a trip to visit enterprises and expand job opportunities, and more importantly, a trip for communication and cooperation. Taking this activity as an opportunity, Xinxiang University will further broaden and deepen cooperation with the Xinxiang County Government and enterprises in Xinxiang County in talent sharing, talent cultivation, scientific and technological innovation, and college students' employment and entrepreneurship, promoting win-win cooperation among the university, the local area, and the enterprises. Wang Xiaojun said that promoting school-local and school-enterprise cooperation is a "must - answer question" for both sides. It is hoped that both sides will effectively strengthen their work, continuously expand the "combination points" of cooperation, and take effective measures to implement, materialize, and detail the cooperation.
After the symposium, Wang Xiaojun and Li Shaoqing signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between Xinxiang University and Xinxiang County People's Government" on behalf of the two sides.
